Situated on the owner's working farm, it is welcoming and cozy and commands lovely views over the surrounding countryside. It is a delightful holiday spot for children, who can observe farming close at hand. Visitors are most welcome to come at watch the daily milkings that occur twice a day and to see how calves are reared.
Within 3 miles drive of the historic port and market town of Bideford, from where it is possible to visit Lundy Island (a haven for birds and wildlife). Instow beach is 4 miles away and Westward Ho! 3 miles. Coastal Hartland and traffic free Clovelly are both with in 10 miles. Tarka trail is nearby for walking and cycling. North Devon Golf Club at Westward Ho! Fishing and water sports to be found locally. Nearest pub 3 miles away.
